Bollywood stars Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi have teamed up on screen in ‘Jolly LLB 3’, and the first wave of reactions is already pouring in. The courtroom comedy drama, which hit theatres on September 19, is being hailed for its strong storyline revolving around farmers’ issues while blending humour, wit, and emotional depth. Viewers are particularly impressed with the equation between Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi, with many calling the film a complete entertainer that balances comedy with social commentary.

On social media, fans are celebrating the film’s refreshing mix of sensitivity and satire. One user wrote, “#AkshayKumar is so funny in #JollyLLB3,” while another commented, “Literally his best comic timings in the last 10 years.”

Others praised the writing and execution: “Pure class cinema so far! Engaging screenplay, powerful writing, and flawless performances from the entire cast. The comedy hits just right, keeping the tone balanced. Hoping for an even tighter, punchier second half.”

The film’s core theme – farmers, their land, and rights – has also resonated strongly. One post read, “Make #JollyLLB3 a must-watch for everyone! The story about farmers, their land, and rights hits with honesty and intensity that will truly shake you.” Another shared, “Halfway through #JollyLLB3, it’s fun so far. #AkshayKumar is amazing. #ArshadWarsi is hilarious.”

Calling it a mix of entertainment and awareness, a fan wrote, “#JollyLLB3 is awesome entertainment movie… from start to finish, it’s full of laughter, thoughtful social message and great courtroom drama.” Others called it a “classic” that the family audience will enjoy.

Some viewers went further, calling it the best thing to happen to Hindi cinema in 2025. “This gripping courtroom drama tackles the serious issue of land mafia grabbing farmers’ lands and commercializing them, blending strong social message,” one said.

Another added, “#JollyLLB3 is a POWERFUL FILM with solid WRITING, meaningful DIALOGUES, ENTERTAINING SCREENPLAY, and EXCELLENT PERFORMANCES.”

Much attention has also been drawn to Gajraj Rao’s role as the antagonist, with fans praising his negative shades: “@raogajraj is too good in negative shades as he’ll make you hate him, and that’s where he excels.”

One standout moment mentioned repeatedly is a courtroom exchange where Akshay’s character argues that agriculture should be included as an important chapter in school textbooks. “What a thought,” wrote a user, quoting the line, “So that students know who a farmer is and not think, ‘Khaana Swiggy, Zomato pe banta hai!’”

In the film, Akshay reprises his role as Jagdwishwar ‘Jolly’ Mishra, while Arshad returns as rival lawyer Jagdish ‘Jolly’ Tyagi. The story is inspired by the 2011 land acquisition protests in Uttar Pradesh and sees Jolly Mishra defend a powerful political figure accused of land grabbing, with Jolly Tyagi fighting on behalf of the villagers. The movie also marks the return of Saurabh Shukla, Huma Qureshi, and Amrita Rao, alongside new additions Gajraj Rao and Seema Biswas.
