Kaun Banega Crorepati 15: Suhana Khan’s Special Request To Amitabh Bachchan Has Shah Rukh Khan Connection
Suhana Khan will be appearing on Kaun Banega Crorepati 15 as a special guest. She will be seen making a special request to Amitabh Bachchan.
Zoya Akhtar's 'The Archies' will finally be releasing on Netflix tomorrow, December 7. The new Hindi movie will mark the acting debut of three star kids -- Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda and Khushi Kapoor. The entire star cast has been busy off late as they have been promoting the film left, right and centre. In the latest entertainment news, the entire star cast of 'The Archies' -- Suhana, Agastya, Vedang Raina, Khushi, Mihir Ahuja, Aditi Dot, Yuvraj Menda along with director Zoya Akhtar, made an appearance on Amitabh Bachchan's 'Kaun Banega Crorepati 15'.
For the unversed, Amitabh Bachchan is the grandfather of Agastya Nanda.
Before beginning the game, Agastya Nanda asked for water, and to this, Big B, said, "Kya, paani peeyenge? Ye lijiye, pehla prashna aaya nahi aur paani peena shuru hogaya hai."
During the episode, Amitabh Bachchan shared an interesting anecdote of spending time with grandson Agastya Nanda.
"Agastya's parents had gone abroad for a trip and they left him with me. They all are from Delhi, so when he came to Mumbai, I took him out to roam in the car. From the minute he sat in the car, he said, 'I want to go to Delhi', finally after convincing him, we got him home. After some time, he packed all his bags and carried them on his shoulders and came," said Big B, as reported by E Times.
"I asked him, 'Agastya, what are you doing?', he said, 'I am going to Delhi.' In the end, I had to call his parents, I told them, 'Bhaisaab, aap log jaldi wapas aa jaiye, aapka beta jo hai woh Delhi jaana chahta hai.' They had to come back," he added.
While talking to Suhana Khan, Amitabh Bachchan said, "Suhana ji, when your family came to know that you are going to come to Kaun Banega Crorepati 15, what did Shah Rukh Sahab tell about me?"
To this, Suhana Khan said, "I just want to remind you that you have played his father's role in many films. So please ask me easy questions."
Coming back to 'The Archies', the film will be released on Netflix on December 7. It has been co-produced by Zoya Akhtar, Reema Kagti and Sharad Devarajan under their production houses Tiger Baby and Graphic India.
In the film, Suhana Khan will essay the character of Veronica Lodge, Agastya Nanda of Archie Andrews and Khushi Kapoor of Betty Cooper. Vedang Raina will be seen as Reggie Mantle, Yuvraj Menda as Dilton Doiley, Mihir Ahuja as Jughead Jones and Aditi Saigal as Ethel Muggs.
