'Stree 2', Biggest Hindi Grosser, Debuts On OTT. Here's Where You Can Watch It

'Stree 2', starring Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana, and Pankaj Tripathi, is the biggest Hindi grosser ever. The Amar Kaushik directorial, which happens to be a horror comedy, released in cinemas on Independence Day 2024, and the movie turned out to be a major money-spinner at the box office. As per trade analyst Taran Adarsh, 'Stree 2' has minted more than Rs 600 crore in India, and it went past Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jawan' to become the biggest Hindi grosser in India.
In the latest entertainment news, 'Stree 2' has finally started streaming on an OTT platform after its blockbuster theatrical run.
'Stree 2' is currently streaming on Prime Video. The film, backed by Dinesh Vijan and Jyoti Deshpande under the banner of Maddock Films and Jio Studio, can be watched on the streaming platform, provided you have a subscription.

Producer Jyoti Deshpande, President – Media & Content Business, Reliance Industries, added, “We are delighted that Stree2 will make its OTT premiere on Amazon Prime Video starting today, and you will also find the OG Stree Part 1 there. Hoping the die-hard fans of this amazing franchise will come together to smash OTT premiere viewership records on this one…kyu ki woh stree hai aur woh kuch bhi kar sakti hai.”
'Stree 2' has also outperformed other blockbusters such as Ranbir Kapoor's 'Animal’, Sunny Deol's 'Gadar 2' and Shah Rukh Khan's 'Pathaan'.
Coming back to 'Stree 2', the new Hindi movie has earned more than Rs 800 crore worldwide. When it comes to 'Jawan', the film raked in more than Rs 1,100 crore worldwide.
'Stree 2' is also the first non-action film to enter the Rs 500 crore club. The movie also features cameos by Varun Dhawan, Tamannaah Bhatia and Akshay Kumar.
For the unversed, 'Stree 2' earlier became the sixth Hindi film to enter the Rs 500 crore club after 'Jawan', 'Gadar 2', 'Pathaan', 'Animal' and 'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion'.
