Watch: Rocking Star Yash's Next Movie After 'KGF' To Be "Fairy Tale for Grown Ups" Titled 'Toxic'
The title for Yash's next movie has been revealed!
Kannada actor Yash has finally announced his next movie after 'KGF: Chapter 2'. Rocking star Yash will be headlining director Geetu Mohandas' film titled 'Toxic'. In a recently-released announcement video, 'Toxic' has been described as a "fairy-tale for grown ups." The small clip does not reveal any footage from the film neither does it reveal what the plot will be.
The announcement video just presents a series of animated visuals. We are shown shots of Joker cards, explosions, and a quick glimpse of a man wearing a hat, smoking a cigar and holding a Tommy gun.
It looks like the movie will continue the trend of big stars playing super violent men, following in the footsteps of Vijay's 'Leo' and Ranbir Kapoor's 'Animal'.

For the unversed, Geetu Mohandas is known for helming the acclaimed Malayalam film 'Moothon', which dealt with themes of toxic masculinity and LGBTQ community.
“I’ve always experimented with my style of narratives. Although Liar’s Dice and Moothon were received well internationally, I’ve always craved to find my own audience in my country . This project stemmed from that thought," said Geetu Mohandas, as per Indian Express.
"This film is an amalgamation of two opposite worlds and aesthetics in story telling coming together and I found Yash . Who is one of the most brilliant minds I have come across and I’m excited for our team to begin this magical journey," Geetu Mohandas further said.
Talking about Yash, the actor is also expected to reprise his role in the third installment of the 'KGF' series.
Director Prashanth Neel had recently told Pinkvilla that the script for KGF 3 has been locked.
“I don’t know if I am the director or not, but Yash will always be a part of it,” he said.
For the unversed, the 'KGF' series ended up establishing Yash as a pan-India star.
