Anushka Sharma Returns To India With Newborn Son Akaay, But Refuses To Pose For Paparazzi. Here's Why
Anushka Sharma has finally returned to India with her newborn son Akaay.
Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli welcomed their second child, a baby boy named Akaay, earlier this year. In the latest Bollywood celebrity news, Anushka Sharma has finally returned to India amidst reports that Akaay was born in London. For the unversed, Kohli is already in India as he is representing Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024.
Paparazzo account Viral Bhayani took to Instagram to confirm that Anushka is indeed back in India. They also mentioned that Anushka gave them an exclusive sneak peak of Akaay. However, she did not pose for the paparazzi, and she promised that she will do so when her kids are not around.
"Anushka Sharma gave an exclusive sneak peek of the baby to the paps at the airport and also promised to meet soon for a get together. She will pose herself but not when the kids are around," paparazzo account Viral Bhayani wrote on Instagram.
"One may recall that, earlier, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt had invited the paps to their residence for a get together. That time, Ranbir showed / revealed the angelic face of Raha to the paps from his phone! Even though she did not allow the paps to click photos or videos of her two kids, she did say that she would do a photo of herself when the kids are not around," the post added.

In February 2024, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli had confirmed the birth of Akaay. "With abundant happiness and our hearts full of love, we are pleased to inform everyone that on 15th February, we welcomed our baby boy Akaay and Vamika’s little brother into this world," the duo shared on Instagram.
For the unversed, Anushka Sharma had tied the knot with Virat Kohli in December 2017. The couple then welcomed their daughter, Vamika, in January 2021.
On the work front, the actress was last seen in 2018-film 'Zero', alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif.
