Bollywood actor Sunny Deol, who made a smashing comeback this year with Anil Sharma’s Gadar 2’, has been in the entertainment industry for over two decades now. Sunny Deol went on to make a name for himself in the Hindi film industry after starring in movies like ‘Border’, ‘Damini’, ‘Ghayal’, ‘Darr’ and ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’. After his powerful comeback with the Anil Sharma directorial, fans have been eagerly waiting to see him again on the silver screen. And looks like, it’s going to happen soon as he has already started shooting for a new movie.
Videos of Sunny Deol have gone viral on social media in which the Bollywood actor can be seen roaming around on the streets of Mumbai in a seemingly intoxicated and unstable state. The internet has since been wondering if Sunny Deol was drunk.
However, as per reports in India Today and Zee News, the actor was shooting for his upcoming film ‘Safar’ in Mumbai.
After several media reports, Sunny Deol himself took to X (formerly Twitter) to share a video, which showcased that he was indeed shooting for 'Safar'. He wrote, "Afwaahon ka ‘Safar’ bas yahin tak. #Shooting #BTS."

Soon after the videos went viral on X (formerly Twitter), several social media users flocked to the post’s comment section and reacted to it.
One user wrote, “Drugs kiya rahega.”
Another one added, “Shooting kar raha hoga.”
A third one commented, “Sakina ko dhundh rahe hai.”
Another user said, “Doing his shooting for upcoming movie SAFAR.”
In several previous interviews, Sunny Deol has stated that he doesn’t consume alcohol. He had even said that he cannot comprehend why and how people can be so fond of drinking.
Meanwhile, Sunny Deol had a great 2023 as he tasted massive success after the release of ‘Gadar 2’, co-starring Ameesha Patel and Utkarsh Sharma.
‘Gadar 2’, which released alongside Akshay Kumar’s ‘OMG 2’ in August 2023, made more than Rs 500 crore in India, and became the second-highest grossing Hindi film all of time.
Sunny Deol has movies like ‘Safar’, ‘Lahore 1947’ and ‘Baap’ in the pipeline. He is also said to be in talks to play Hanuman in Nitesh Tiwari film, ‘Ramayana’.
As per reports, the Bollywood actor is also in talks for ‘Border 2’, set to be directed by Anurag Singh.
