Dressed in a blue sweatshirt, grey trousers, and a cap, Sunny Deol posed next to his car, soaking in the majestic views. The actor appeared relaxed and rejuvenated, surrounded by winding mountain roads and crisp air.

The post was set to Hans Zimmer’s music from ‘F1’ – a subtle yet significant touch, considering Zimmer is also composing the score for ‘Ramayana’.

Fans quickly began speculating that the makeover is part of his preparation to play Lord Hanuman in ‘Ramayana’.

Comments poured in such as, “Hanuman ji ke role ke liye, Jai Shree Ram,” “Hanuman look,” and “Hanuman ji padhar rahe hain.” Others praised his appearance, calling him “handsome” and “dashing.”

Sunny Deol was roped in to portray Lord Hanuman in the ambitious ‘Ramayana’ project, which is being directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra. The film features a stellar cast including Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi as Sita, Yash as Ravana, and Ravi Dubey as Lakshman.

The film is planned as a two-part saga, with the first installment slated for release on Diwali 2026, and the second following in Diwali 2027. A recently released first glimpse video has already sparked immense excitement among fans, hinting at a grand-scale mythological spectacle.

Meanwhile, Sunny Deol is also gearing up for the release of ‘Border 2’, directed by Anurag Singh. A sequel to JP Dutta's 1997 war classic ‘Border’, the film features also Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahaan Shetty. It is scheduled to hit theatres on 23 January, 2026.
