"Jeet Gaye": 'Gadar 2' Star Sunny Deol's Shoutout For Salman Khan Amid 'Tiger 3' Success Goes Viral
Sunny Deol took to Instagram to congratulate Salman Khan for the success of 'Tiger 3'.
Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi-starrer 'Tiger 3' released in theatres on November 12, 2023. The new Hindi movie opened to a good collection of more than Rs 40 crore on the opening day, but in the latest entertainment news, the new Hindi movie has been struggling off late, and it does not seem that the movie would be able to break any records. However, it looks like that 'Gadar 2' actor Sunny Deol is impressed with the performance of 'Tiger 3', and he gave a shoutout to his friend Salman Khan.
Posting a picture with Salman Khan on Instagram, Sunny Deol wrote, "Jeet gaye."

For the unversed, Sunny Deol and Salman Khan had shared the screen in 1996 romantic-action film titled 'Jeet' which also starred Karisma Kapoor, Amrish Puri, and Tabu.
Earlier, Sunny Deol had taken to Instagram Story, and he shared a poster of 'Tiger 3'. He wrote, "Tiger Zindabad."
Talking about 'Tiger 3', the new Hindi movie registered its lowest single-day haul yet on the ninth day of its release. ‘Tiger 3’ collected just Rs 6.50 crore across all languages in India on its second Monday, as per early estimates posted by industry tracker Sacnilk.
The action film has not been able to continue its stronghold at the box office despite its blockbuster opening on Diwali 2023.
Overall, the film’s domestic collection stands at Rs 236 crore.
‘Tiger 3’ opened to mixed reviews. Some of the critics described it as the weakest film in the YRF Spy Universe.
‘Tiger 3’ also features cameos by Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan. The latter appears in the post-credits scene, setting up the events in motion for ‘War 2’, in which he will be sharing the screen with Jr NTR.
For the unversed, the YRF Spy Universe consists of movies such as ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, ‘War’, ‘Pathaan’, and now ‘Tiger 3’. YRF has two more movies expected to come out – ‘War 2’, and ‘Tiger vs Pathaan’.
