SRK and Prabhas
The battle lines have been drawn! SRK and Prabhas fans are having a go at each other.

No one wants to see a box office clash between two big movies. Whenever a box office clash happens, the chances of both movies earning a big amount of money reduces significantly, and in the end, no one emerges as the true winner. However, 2023 proved to be different as Hollywood showed how two movies can release on the same day, and co-exist. 'Oppenheimer' and 'Barbie' which released on July 21, 2023, earned significant good amount of money, and there was no loser between the two. The movies were of completely different genre, and fans even saw both films on the same day, and collectively the experience was called 'Barbenheimer'.

Indian cinema will also see a clash of significant proportions this December. Earlier today, it was confirmed that Prabhas' 'Salaar' will be releasing on December 22, which is the same date as release of Shah Rukh Khan's 'Dunki'

SRK and Prabhas are probably two of the most popular actors in India currently, and how the box office clash unfolds, one needs to see.

However, Indian stars enjoy just another level of euphoria around them, and hence it is no surprise, that social media battle has begun, and fans of SRK and Prabhas are saying nasty things about one another. Fans of both the actors are trolling each other, and the battle will keep on turning uglier by the minute.

Here are some of the reactions:

With 'Salaar' and 'Dunki' releasing on the same day, one needs to see which movie finds more screens in India. If has to predict, as of now it looks likely that 'Dunki' would find more screens in North India, while 'Salaar' will take up bulk of the screens down South.

However, Prabhas and SRK enjoy a pan-India popularity, so it needs to be seen what the makers do to co-exist.

Talking about 'Salaar', the movie has been directed by Prashanth Neel, and it features Prabas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Ramachandra Raju, Sriya Reddy, Easwari Rao, among others.

On the other hand, 'Dunki' has been directed by Rajkumar Hirani, who is known for projects like 'MunnaBhai MBBS', 'Lage Raho MunnaBhai', '3 Idiots', 'PK', and 'Sanju'.

Rajkumar Hirani is yet to deliver a flop at the box office. Apart from SRK, 'Dunki' also stars Taapsee Pannu, Boman Irani and Vicky Kaushal.
