The Bollywood actress had initially blasted the company for using her image without permission, but it all turned out to be one epic promotional gimmick that had us all fooled. And Anushka Sharma seems to have had a memorable Christmas as well, as the actress posted a few pictures from her celebrations. While the pictures showcased Anushka’s goofy side, it was her caption that caught the eye, and Katrina Kaif too gave her approval.
“T’was a great day with friends and family and lots of good food and now please enjoy photos of me by myself because no one is ever happy with their own photo in a group picture,” Anushka Sharma’s Instagram post read.
Katrina Kaif was quick to comment, writing, “Best caption”.
Last week, Anushka Sharma had taken to Instagram to call out ‘Puma India’ for supposedly using her “imagery” without the required “permissions”, forcefully telling the brand to “take it down”.
It surprised many at the time, as her husband and India’s star cricketer Virat Kohli is the brand ambassador for the company. However, to us and many others, it further proved that Anushka Sharma is not to be messed with.
Turns out that it was in fact all a show to announce Anushka Sharma’s collaboration with a sportswear brand.
